Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack with Care
Ensure the shower door or hardware is placed in its original packaging with all protective foam and mounting components included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the crate or box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
